which is sent to you by our credit check vendor - Social Security number
- Government-issued photo identification
- Typically have the property in person

Also, pleased with the structure that has to do with any repairs. Found this to be much more efficient than the usual property rental style of showing up off and on during the year. I rented a 1950’s home from Hello Avenue in a lovely quiet neighborhood on the west side in Colorado Springs. The home was nicely updated floor to ceiling with hardwood floors, granite countertops, large tiled bathrooms, and really nice fixtures throughout. Hello Avenue takes exceptional care of their homes and their renters. I highly recommend anyone to consider renting or buying with Hello Avenue.
