I am excited to let you know that independent Colorado Landlords and professional Property Managers are coming together in the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition (CLLC). The CLLC founded in 2020 is a non-profit organization established to represent the needs of the single-family and small multi-family rental industry. As many of you know there has been incredible legislation in the past two years that have directly impacted owners of rental properties.
The CLLC was formed to not only educate our legislators about the rental industry but also to unite rental property owners and property managers so they can have one voice in the legislative process at the state capital.
The mission of the CLLC is to empower landlords and Property Managers from all over Colorado. The CLLC has hired William Mutch of Mutch Government Relations to represent the rental industry and to educate and work with legislators to create legislation that is beneficial for Landlords and Tenants alike.

The mission of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition (CLLC) is to empower Landlords and Property Managers from all over Colorado. The CLLC promotes involvement in the legislative process by offering a means to collaborate and negotiate with legislators while educating policymakers about the single-family and small multi-family rental housing industry. The Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition aspires to create positive change for those that provide housing for others and in turn the renters of Colorado.
